The Caring Heart BSN

Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and nursing experience to The Caring Heart. She has 36+ years of hospital nursing experience, many working in oncology.

After years of oncology floor duty, she transferred to a hospital outpatient surgical setting. In 2008, she returned to oncology care as a clinical nurse study coordinator, focusing on oncology pharmaceutical trials studying potential new drugs for public effectiveness and use.

Pam has always had deep compassion for our elderly and those in need. The Caring Heart allows Pam the ability to help beyond hospital walls. Our clients receive compassion with supervisory care.

Pam’s responsibilities include onboarding assessments, bimonthly well checks, medication fills, and being available for emergency visits to determine if an ER visit is needed. She loves working with The Caring Heart clients and puts a smile on their face when she walks in their home.

“Our goal is to extend home independence while providing compassion and maintaining dignity. The elderly thrive best in environments of respect and support. The Caring Heart expects this care from all our caregivers. As a team, we deliver.”

Director of Client Services

Marianne has worked in marketing, advertising, and client services for over 38 years.

Since 2014, the last 11 years, Marianne has turned her services to focus on helping seniors. After caring for her father for 6 years and supervising multiple home health agencies to help him, she saw an urgent need for compassionate help when seniors were unable to care for themselves. She empathizes with people and their desire to find a trusted source to take care of themselves or their loved ones. It is Marianne’s personal mission with The Caring Heart to make a difference in each client’s life and help them find the best fit for their needs.

Marianne’s passion is working for The Caring Heart, and she works hard every day to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective care for our clients.

Marianne’s responsibilities include meeting and bringing new clients to The Caring Heart; onboarding assessments; being the primary contact for all clients; being the liaison for clients to The Caring Heart RN, administration, and caregivers; managing the day-to-day care needs and wants of clients; introducing and scheduling caregivers/teams with clients; providing emotional support for clients, family, and caregivers; and finding the right caregiver with a caring heart for The Caring Heart.

Marianne is committed to working with The Caring Heart clients and staff. She strives to make sure each client and caregiver are the perfect fit—from a geographical, personality, and background perspective.

“Every client and team member becomes an extended member of The Caring Heart family. We care for them like they are our own family and celebrate and provide support 24/7. It is all about relationships, connecting emotionally, building trust, and knowing when to step in and find a solution when needed.
